A quick reminder I’ll be out of action as of Saturday 10th October for a little while. A big thank you to York NHS for looking after me and providing me the treatment and surgery I need. Let’s just make it the final one!

I’ll be texting and emailing clients this evening, who I’ll be able to get round to cleaning prior to be going in. Apologies to those who I don’t make it to in time, but I will be back as soon as possible.

As usual, Phone and Laptop will be in hospital with me, just a slight difference in my office environment, so if anyone needs anything, just give me a shout. Whilst the hospital food has somewhat improved a lot, sadly I do get bored very quickly 😂

A little personal update ❤️

I’m hoping that the next batch of surgery will be the final lot, after what has been an incredibly difficult and painful couple of months.

Throughout all of this, my biggest concern hasn’t really been the surgery or the illness itself, it’s been my business and most importantly, my customers.

I’ll be in hospital for a short time, so there may be some slight delays while I recover, but I’ll be working hard to get everything back on track as quickly as possible.

I genuinely appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and continued support over the last few months. It really does mean a lot.

Here’s hoping this is the final hurdle and it’s onwards and upwards from here.

A little personal update ❤️

🪟 Internal window cleaning

Internal cleans are charged at double your normal window cleaning price.

This is because an internal clean is much more time-consuming than an exterior clean. It involves working carefully throughout the property, cleaning the glass, frames and edges where required, taking extra care around your home and allowing additional time to leave everything clean and tidy.

It’s a much more detailed service, rather than simply adding the inside of the glass to a normal visit.

🎅 A little Christmas notice

Sadly, I won’t be offering Christmas Day or Boxing Day cleans this year.

December is already extremely demanding and I’ll be working every day throughout December in the run-up to Christmas to keep up with demand.

So if you’d like your windows looking their best for Christmas, please don’t leave it until the last minute!

Once these remaining December spaces have gone, I won’t be able to squeeze any more in.

A little personal update ❤️

I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m taking a little time out for myself at the moment.

I had my surgery on Wednesday and unfortunately, they’ve found that the dreaded problem has made another appearance, which means I’ll be going back in for round three within the next week or so.

I haven’t really had much time to process everything yet, so for the moment I’m taking a little step back, getting my head around things and also trying to get my new house sorted and ready.

My business remains a huge priority for me and my aim is to get back to normal and back doing what I do as soon as possible. There may be some slight delays over the next little while, so I really do appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

I’m not treating this as an illness, just an annoying inconvenience that needs dealing with! 😂

I’ll get through round three, get it sorted and crack on. 💪❤️
