As the company grows rapidly, so does the need to evolve systems and processes to ensure the growth is managed effectively and efficiently. To this extent, we are looking for a suitable candidate for a full-time position to help the Operations Manager.
Working across the entire operational team, including manufacturing, disassembly, despatch and warehousing, your duties will include:

· Assisting the Operations Manager to implement new systems, hardware and processes
· Maintaining and updating our digital platforms including our internal database, websites and social media
· Photographing and editing new product images

You must have an eye for detail with a methodical approach to your work, be able to work to targets.
It is important to understand the services the company offers, so we are seeking an individual who will not mind working with dusty equipment or handling oily parts and love being ‘hands-on’.
Experience in a similar role and an interest in computers is an advantage, especially Microsoft Excel, PHP and SQL databases. Part of your role will involve photography and editing using Adobe Photoshop, so an interest in this is a plus. We welcome younger applicants who have a passion to learn, so a lack of experience but a willingness to learn will be sufficient. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing personal development planning and support.
The Operations Manager welcomes contact for an informal chat before you apply if you wish to know more about the role.
Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, with the occasional requirement for weekend or “out of hours” work.
This is a permanent position, with an initial three-month probationary period to make sure the role and the successful candidate are matched.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
