Our little buisiness that started off as Mannin Models, making models of the Isle of man Railway before we diversified into general Laser Cutting and 3d printing only came into being after I was asked if I would make a few models for Mike Buttell, who then encoraged us to sell them to fellow enthusiasts, so we are very sad to hear that he has died following his illness. Mike was a proper character in the nicest possible way with an amazing sense of humour as well as a font of knowledge when it came to Isle of Mans Railways. On buying our 4mm scale Isle of man exhibition layout the first thing we wanted to do was to take it to the Isle of man to show Mike, but sadly it was not to be.

Rest in Peace Mike, you will not be forgotten.

In a quiet period for F1 work at the moment, so we have taken advantage and produced a new range of 7mm scale Narrow gauge rolling stock based on the Schull & Skibbereen Railway. We also have several new FDM printers capable of printing most materials including Carbon, Nylon and ASA to add to our resin printers so can cater for most of your printing needs as well as our Laser Cutting service.
