First of all, Philip, Daniel and Linda would like to thank all of our customers for their long-term custom and support — and to apologise for the sudden temporary closure of the yard.
We had to close to implement some important changes, and these simply couldn’t be done while we were open.
This video and post explain the updates we’ve made to help keep all of our customers and staff safe.

🔧 CHANGES
1️⃣ 5mph Speed Limit
The drive entrance and car park now have a 5mph speed limit.
Please obey this — otherwise Daniel says he’ll give you a speeding fine (only joking! 😄)

2️⃣ No Walk-In Access — Bay Parking System
If you arrive on a walk-in basis:
➡️ Drive into the car park
➡️ Park in a bay (1–6)
➡️ We will serve customers in bay order
If all bays are full, please use another part of the car park and then
move into a bay when one becomes available.
Do Not Block the Black Wooden Gate
Please do not park in front of the black wooden gate — access is required at all times.
🚫 Browsing vehicles on foot down the yard is no longer allowed.

Please call or message with details — we can remove the part and arrange a collection time so you don’t have to wait around.
Viewing parts
If you need to view a part:
✔ carry steel toe-cap boots in your vehicle
✔ we will provide hi-vis
PPE must be worn down the yard — no PPE, no entry beyond the black wooden gates.

3️⃣ Fire Assembly Point & No Smoking
If you hear the fire alarm, please walk to the fire assembly point.
🚭 No smoking down the yard.
The smoking area is in the car park — please take your rubbish home with you.

4️⃣ Children & Dogs
For safety:
🚫 Children must remain in vehicles
🚫 Please do not bring dogs onto site - please leave them at home, the
site can be very loud and noisy which can cause some dogs worry and
anxiety. We may have to place parts into your cars so this is to ensure all our staff are kept safe.

5️⃣ Stay in Designated Areas
Please do not wander around the car park while waiting — this is purely to keep everyone safe.

6️⃣ Gate Access
If the yard gates are closed, whether during opening hours or out of hours --
please do not wait or linger around the entrance gates.
Access is required to both entrances 24/7.

🚗 What We Still Offer
We continue to operate as an ELV site (collecting and recycling
vehicles) and also provide:
✔ second-hand car parts
✔ part-worn and new tyre fitting
✔ vehicle recovery
✔ and some pretty cracking dog training — speak to the wifey! 🐾😉
