The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is a grueling test of endurance and determination, as participants aim to conquer the three highest peaks in Yorkshire - Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough - all within 12 hours. Richard Smith, the manager, along with Adrian and John, are taking on this challenge in October.

In preparation for the challenge, the team is currently undergoing intense training, covering many miles to build up their stamina and fitness levels. However, they are not just doing this for personal achievement; they are also using this opportunity to raise funds for a very worthy cause - the Ashgate Hospice.

Ashgate Hospice is a charitable organization that provides specialist palliative care and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They offer a range of services, including inpatient care, day therapy, and community care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support during their difficult times.

We currently have a vacancy for a part time driver, 1pm - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. You must have a clean driving license and be over 25 yrs old (insurance requirement).
No experience necessary as training will be given, but a knowledge of the local area would help.
