Final machine on the Ireland trip today was another GMM Extra 400 for full service and calibration. Another machine found to have water ingress in the motor tunnel, luckily found and resolved in time.

Customer also reported problems with vacuum not reaching required limits to work and a magnet on the toolstore which wasn’t working.

Both problems resolved and machine back to 100% productivity .

Second service and calibration on the Ireland trip this week is another GMM Extra 400.

This machine was in fantastic condition and working exactly how it should with only small calibration adjustments required.

Back to Ireland this week for multiple services in both North and South.
First machine today a GMM Extra 400 for service and calibration, mechanically machine in very good condition with the exception to the motor terminal tunnel having water and corrosion inside.
Luckily for this customer the problem has been found in time before motor failure, tunnel cleaned, dried, cables secured upright and resealed.

Investigation of possible blade motor or inverter problems today on a GMM Egil resulted in the motor being removed and collected same day by our repairer.

The motor will now be stippled and evaluated mechanically and electrically before refurbishment.
