Experienced Vehicle Fitters are required for our busy and expanding Engineering department to further strengthen our existing team. Full time position, excellent rates of pay dependent on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to work from engineering instruction/drawings, be familiar with engineering principles, be able to use jigs fixtures and measuring tools on precision assemblies.

Previous experience in vehicle assembly and maintenance would be beneficial. This could be within the automotive, rail, rail freight or similar industries.
· Manufacturing panel work and other sheet metal components to a high standard.
· Preparing and cleaning welded components.
· Working to deadlines to achieve customer expectations.
· Conforming to Quality assurance and Health & Safety standards.
· Completing relevant documents for each task.
· Driving company vehicles to carry out our mobile repair service.
· General labour duties.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Stripping and fitting of components to train units to desired specification.

Full-time, 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

From £14.50 per hour

4 years experience is preferred.

GRPh Laminator.

Millenium Sites Services are looking for an experienced GRPh Laminator (Hand-lay / Wet-lay) to join our ever-growing team. Applicants must have experience in preparing & maintaining mould tools, Mixing resin & hardeners, cutting fiberglass sheets and using hand rollers/brushes for the application.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Cutting and Measuring Fibreglass materials according to specifications.
• Mixing resins and catalysts in correct proportions.
• Applying resin soaked fibreglass to mould tools.
• Using rollers and brushes to consolidate the fibreglass and remove voids and air bubbles.
• Maintaining of tooling and requirement.
• Reading drawings and Works Instructions.

Role purpose
The Head of Group Finance will establish and lead group wide financial reporting,
consolidation and management information across the business. The role provides timely, accurate and decision ready insight to the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting
performance management, capital allocation and strategic decision making.
This is a senior hands-on role with ownership of group numbers, reporting standards and financial insight across multiple operating entities.

Key responsibilities
Group reporting and consolidation
• Own group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations
• Define and maintain group reporting standards, structures and timelines
• Produce monthly reporting packs
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of group level financial information
• Act as the final point of control over group financial outputs

Planning, analysis and commercial insight
• Lead group budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
• Deliver variance analysis with clear performance commentary
• Analyse project, contract and site profitability across the group
• Provide commercial insight to support operational and strategic decisions
• Identify trends, risks and value creation opportunities

Cash flow and financial performance
• Own group cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Monitor working capital, cash conversion and covenant metrics
• Proactively highlight risks and mitigation actions
• Support lender and debt reporting requirements

Systems, data and scalability
• Improve financial reporting systems, controls and data quality
• Lead implementation of scalable BI, dashboards and reporting tools
• Act as owner of group finance data, structures and chart of accounts
• Ensure systems support growth, acquisitions and integration
Leadership and collaboration
• Provide structure, challenge and technical guidance
• Support capability development and consistency across the finance function
• Embed a strong performance and accountability culture

Stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with the CEO on performance, strategy and ex*****on
• Support leadership team with decision ready financial insight
• Liaise with lenders, investors and external advisors as required

Candidate profile
• Qualified accountant, ACCA or CIMA preferred
• Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
• Background in multi entity, project based or contract driven environments
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and delivery focused
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands on levels

Reporting line
• Reports directly to the CEO

We are recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join our specialist services business based in Derby.
We deliver technical services across the UK including bead blasting, fibreglass repair and on site support. We recruit skilled Spray Painters, Engineers and Welders on both permanent
and Ltd Company contract bases to support multiple operational sites nationwide.
This is a hands on recruitment role with full ownership of workforce delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media and direct approaches
• Screen, assess and match candidates to site and role requirements
• Write and post job adverts and recruitment focused social media content
• Arrange and manage interviews and issue offers to successful candidates
• Ensure all UK sites are fully staffed at all times
• Coordinate movement of staff between sites to meet operational demand
• Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce records
• Ensure compliance with IR35 and contractor engagement rules
• Work closely with operational managers to forecast and plan staffing needs

About you
• Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing or workforce planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and commercially minded with a delivery focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast paced operational environment
• Knowledge of IR35 and contractor engagement is desirable

Position Overview: As a Plater, you will be responsible for the preparation, cutting, and assembly of a number of materials for various projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Measure, cut, and shape various materials using appropriate tools and machinery.
Ensure all materials are cut to size and fit together accurately for assembly.
Maintain safety standards and follow all company safety protocols.
Assist with the assembly and installation of various projects.
Perform quality checks to ensure all projects meet required specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plater or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of technical drawings.
Proficient with cutting, shaping, and welding materials.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.


Preferred experience and qualification:

Time served plater with a minimum of 8-years experience.
Certification in welding, fabrication, or a related field
Previous experience working with large-scale projects.
