👷‍♀️ Meet the team behind the build!

At the Millitec Group, we’re proud to be a family of businesses that work closely together, sharing skills, supporting each other, and delivering great results. And right at the heart of it all is Jute Construction, helping bring our projects to life. 💚

Some of you might not know, but we’re currently preparing for something big… Millitec Group is opening a new, larger site!

A key person making this happen is our Site Manager, Alice Richardson.

This is an exciting new opportunity for Alice, who is leading the planning, organising, and overseeing of the renovation works for the new factory. She genuinely loves what she does, saying that for her, “going to work is like a hobby.”

With 6 years’ experience and skills across everything from electrical work and roofing to bricklaying and renovations, she brings real expertise to the role. And for Alice, every stage matters, because “a project is just like a puzzle – it’s great to see it come together.”

She’s also passionate about teaching and supporting her team, helping everyone develop their skills along the way. 🌱

Outside of work, Alice is a proud mum to her 2-year-old daughter, Rivi, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Alice’s work, and the way our businesses collaborate across the Millitec Group, keeps projects like this moving forward.

It’s been a busy time at Millitec with lots of machine development, builds and testing underway, so it was great to take a step back and enjoy some well-earned team time together 😊
