🌟 Meet Neil Thornhill – Acting Managing Director 🌟

Neil joined Raygar Architectural & Engineering Supplies Ltd at just 17 years old and has worked his way up through the ranks thanks to years of hard work, dedication and outstanding knowledge of the business.

As Acting Managing Director, Neil is currently preparing to officially step into the role of Managing Director in July. With decades of experience behind him, there is very little he doesn’t know about the running of the shop, our products and looking after customers.

Highly efficient, approachable and respected by both staff and customers alike, Neil plays a huge part in keeping Raygar running smoothly every day. A proud local family man, happily married with two children, he is passionate about the future of the business and continuing the high standards Raygar is known for.

Meet Dawn, another key member of Team Raygar who does a huge amount behind the scenes to help keep the business moving forward every single day.

As our HR and Health & Safety Director, Dawn looks after the wellbeing of our team, supports staff across all areas of the business and helps ensure that Raygar remains a safe, supportive and professional place to work. From policies and procedures to staff welfare and day-to-day guidance, there is always plenty going on behind the scenes.

Dawn is usually the person behind all of our social media posts, helping to showcase the people, projects and community connections that make Raygar what it is… although she hasn’t done this one herself, as she’s far too shy.

Organised, approachable, hardworking and always willing to help, Dawn is a valued part of Team Raygar and someone who genuinely cares about both the business and the people within it.
