Yesterday, welcomed Right Mix Concrete Ltd to collect their brand-new 35yd³ Aluminium Halfpipe ‘Superlite’ tipper trailer.

This unit is equipped with a Dawbarn & Sons Ltd roll over (side-to-side) sheeting system, VWS WiFi weigher and Edbro ram, alongside its full aluminium build including floors, sidewalls, bumpers and landing legs, delivering a high-spec, lightweight solution ready for work.

Finished in-house by Lewis (Onemancommercialpainting), our spray technician, this trailer has been fully prepped and handsprayed in Audi Nardo Grey with a bold Kawasaki Green rear door, creating a sharp, modern contrast that really sets it apart. Every stage of the process was completed in-house, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish and attention to detail across every panel.

As our signature lightweight aluminium halfpipe model, the Ali Superlite is designed to reduce unladen weight while maintaining strength & durability, making it a reliable choice for demanding day-to-day operation.

This latest 'Ali' Superlite' has been fully prepped & handsprayed by Lewis (our in-house spray technician), finished in Audi Nardo Grey with a bold Kawasaki Green rear door; delivering a sharp, modern contrast that really sets this tipper apart.

Every stage of the process has been carried out in-house, from preparation through to final paint, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish across every panel. The attention to detail throughout the custom paintjob really reflects the standard expected from a Colson product.
