We're encouraging our team to roll up their sleeves and donate blood.❤️

To make it as easy as possible for everyone to get involved, we’re giving all staff a paid afternoon off to donate. No rushing after work, no squeezing it into a busy day - just time to do something that could genuinely help someone else.

We’re proud to support our team in giving back and hope this initiative encourages as many of our colleagues as possible to get involved.

Turning waste into warmth 🌱

Our biomass boiler runs on 100% wood waste generated on-site, including softwood shavings and hardwood offcuts, which are chipped and recovered as fuel.

With a 199 kWh capacity, it generates enough heat to power both our office and factory, helping us make better use of our resources while reducing waste and improving efficiency.

The biggest benefit? Every offcut and shaving is put to good use rather than being sent to landfill or transported elsewhere for processing.

It’s a simple but effective way of turning a waste stream into something useful and reducing our environmental impact. ♻️
