Here at ATS, we don’t just build tanks – this 4m X 2m stainless steel louvre grill was recently fabricated to protect a generators air inlet attenuator from the elements. 🙌

Built from 304L stainless steel, the design includes anti-rodent mesh behind the louvre and a custom mating fl**ge.

This is a great example of the wider fabrication work we do alongside our fuel storage solutions.

This 89L tank is a like-for-like replacement for a failed unit, completed recently for one of our clients.

Although its at the smaller end of our range, it shows what our in-house laser cut & fold division can do. Closely replicating the original tanks shape, including radiused corners, so the existing mounts could be reused without modification. 👏

We have also included a fl**ge to suit the clients existing Bayham gauge, with all ports positioned in the tanks base to match the original layout.

This bespoke tank is a great example of how we work around tight spatial constraints. 👏

To maximise capacity within a limited footprint, we recessed a shallow fill point cabinet directly into the bund area. The design was developed using our in-house CAD service and precisely fabricated with CNC laser cut & fold to ensure everything fit the space perfectly.

Internal conduits were added through the bund to keep all cabling safe, secure and neatly out of sight – and the whole tank stands out in a bold Gentian Blue finish! 🤩

Here’s a look at a 3,900L bunded generator fuel tank, built for use in the telecoms sector.

This tank will directly apply a backup generator and includes a fuel conditioning unit to keep fuel in-spec during long-term storage. It also comes with a spare feed & return, making it easy to hook up temporary generator if the main set needs maintenance.

It’s fitted with a factory-tested and certified electrical prep pack, along with a highly accurate OLE T5020 gauge featuring 4-20mA, MODBUS outputs, and volt-free contracts for full BMS integration.
