IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE – KDHD Creative Fabrication & Welding 🔧
Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of customers failing to turn up for booked appointments, I have made the decision that all future bookings will require a deposit to secure a workshop slot.
This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly, but as a small independent business, my time is valuable.
When a customer books a slot, that time is reserved specifically for them. Other customers are sometimes turned away or placed on a waiting list, only for the booked vehicle not to arrive, often without any communication.
Sadly, repeated no-shows and broken commitments have made this policy necessary.
Going forward:
✅ A booking deposit will be required to secure your slot.
✅ The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
✅ Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
I completely understand that circumstances can change, and all I ask is that customers communicate with me.
To my genuine customers who turn up when arranged and support my growing business, thank you! Your continued support genuinely means a lot.
