We are selling this as spares or repairs - we think the roof is starting to go.
Even though this unit needs some attention there is still plenty of life left in it.
It would be ideal as a canteen inside a shed or even use box profile sheets to create a new roof.
The unit has a large canteen area, hand wash and cloak room. Externally it has a separate toilet and store room.

21’ x 9’ anti vandal steel storage container.
We have a choice of these at the moment.
They are fitted with barn doors with pins fitted in the frame so if the hinges are cut the door will not fall off (when closed)
The security does not stop there - all have 2 x 5 lever dead locks and bars in place so it is hard to pry the doors open.

This is in great condition and is ready for immediate use.
Barn doors complete with 5 lever dead locks.
The unit has bars fitted so if you cut the hinges the doors remain in place (when closed) and also it has anti pry bars on the joint.
We also have 20', 21' and 10' stores available.

Here we have something a little different from the norm.
20' x 8' - office/canteen - toilet - store.
We have checked the electric and water systems and everything works as it should.
The unit is roughly split in half giving a 10' approx office / canteen. This is fitted with a small kitchen area at one end that has a 1000mm base, full width worktop and a sink with a hot water heater fitted above it.
This area is accessed through a single personnel door and has a sliding window fitted which is protected with security shutters that are secured from the inside. The rear storage area is accessed via 2 x barn doors that have an inboard security system and fitted with a 5 lever dead lock. Even though the unit is 50/50 the toilet room that is accessed through a separate door is into the store making it more of an L shape. The toilet is a plastic chemical type with flush and cold water hand wash. Both sides are separated by a steel partition.
This unit is ideal for a self build project, small building firm to move from site to site or even for farm use.

Steel chequer tread steps - we have 4 of these in stock. All have hand rails and are in good condition.They are 9 treads and when upright at an angle they will reach just over 6ft. These are ideal for a mezzanine floor, weighbridge steps or to be added to a platform. It looks like they could be bolted together to make a 12' staircase. £400 + VAT each

It’s got us stumped - both sides have rot holes and corrosion but the back panel,doors and roof are in good condition.
We don’t have the keys but will get the lock cut off prior to sale.
It would be good inside a shed or just clad it to cover the rust.
