This VW Caddy came into the workshop with clutch-related issues affecting drivability and performance.

🚜 Mini Excavator Undercarriage Repair 🚜
This mini excavator came into the workshop with an expandable undercarriage that wasn’t moving correctly.

After investigation, the issue wasn’t simply a failed component. The mechanism had become seized due to a build-up of dirt, debris and corrosion over time.

The solution?
✅ Strip down the undercarriage assembly�✅ Thoroughly clean all moving components�✅ Free off seized parts�✅ Rebuild and lubricate the mechanism�✅ Test operation to ensure smooth movement

Heavy plant equipment works in some of the toughest conditions imaginable, and regular maintenance is key to keeping everything operating as it should.

🔧 Timing Chain & Water Pump Replacement – Prevention is Better Than Cure 🔧

This Vauxhall Astra came into the workshop for a timing chain replacement. While carrying out the repair, we advised the customer to replace the water pump at the same time due to the vehicle’s mileage and the amount of labour involved in accessing these components.

A worn or failing water pump can lead to:
