NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY | PONDBRIDGE, JOHNSTON

We’re pleased to announce that Sterling UK Construction Ltd has officially started on site at Pondbridge, Johnston, Pembrokeshire, where we will be delivering 34 new affordable homes for Codi Group.

The development will provide high-quality, modern homes designed with energy efficiency, sustainability and long-term comfort at the forefront, with each property targeted to achieve an EPC A rating.

Following a significant amount of planning, design development and pre-construction work, it’s great to now see activity underway on site and the development beginning to take shape.

We’re looking forward to working closely with Codi Group , our design team, supply chain partners and subcontractors over the coming months to successfully deliver another high-quality housing development in Pembrokeshire.

🌱 Supporting Our Local Community at Betws Park 🌱

Last week, our Procurement Manager Jon visited Betws Park to deliver wheelbarrows to the fantastic Friends of Betws group, in partnership with Travis Perkins

The volunteer team work tirelessly to maintain this nature area—transporting soil, mulch and materials to keep the park thriving for both wildlife and the local community.

We’re proud to support a project that promotes sustainability, enhances the local environment, and benefits so many people across the Amman Valley.

It’s fantastic to share completion photos of our 41 new homes development in Crymych, Pembrokeshire.

We’re proud to have officially handed over this scheme to Barcud Housing Association, delivering a high-quality mix of social rent and shared ownership homes that will make a lasting difference within this rural community.

It’s been a privilege to play our part in creating efficient, future-ready homes that support both people and place. A great team effort from everyone involved in bringing this development to life.

We’re pleased to share that great progress is being made on site for Bro Myrddin Housing Association in Ammanford.
