For those of you who know me, and/or come in the shop, will know that I have been trying to complete a house move for some time. (That’s an understatement)
Well it’s finally happening, we should complete this Friday 28th August. This means that I will have to close the shop occasionally, maybe at short notice.
We will be closed this Thursday and Friday the 27th and 28th hopefully open on Saturday 29th.
We will be closed Bank holiday Monday 31st, then keep an eye on this page for further information going forward, as there is a lot of work required to get the new house ready for my dad to join us.

It’s been a while since I last posted, but I wanted to highlight one of the main issues impacting small independent businesses.
Below is an extract from a letter I received this morning. This will give you an insight into the type of price rises I am experiencing across the board from suppliers. The one below follows a similar percentage rise in April this year from this supplier.
Whilst I do my best to minimise the impact this has on my sell prices I can’t absorb it all.
