A new customer contacted us asking if we could help, he has a shop in not too far from us which has a timber gate go the rear of his shop which is kicked in a couple of times in the last 18 months, he asked if we could assist with something stronger, after visiting site and discussing with him, we manufactured a new steel gate for him including a steel support frame, we recently installed as and he is really chuffed with it.

Long standing customer of hours has a few 40’ box trailers on his site being used as storage, They contacted us last year saying the original timber up and over door on the trailer had rotted and now not working, they asked if we could assist in some way, we visited site and recommended a push- up pull-down roller shutter, this was ordered and we installed just over a year ago now, you can just see the original shutter in the photo, they were really chuffed with it and ordered the second one as in the photo.

New customer, had loads of issues with various steel doors, wind taking the door out of people’s hand and smashing against the cladding at the top bending the door, two or three different doors, manufactures and door companies but still the same issue, I visited site and unfortunately nothing could be done with his original door, so use quoted a new steel door with heavy duty hold open door closers, we also fitted a yellow safety post to stop the door smashing against his cladding at the top.

A local college we have done work for many years had 3 large workshop roller shutters which installed by others some years ago suffered constantly with blow-ins, we decommissioned quite some time ago as not fit for purpose, incorrect lath thickness, barrels were far to small and were bowed in the middle, these were quite large shutters, 6500mm W x 6000mm H, we removed and laid aside for customer disposal, supplied and installed 3no. New, 3phase power operated doors with the correctly specified tube and curtain, we also raised the middle door just above the outer two doors which allowed us to install 3phase direct drive motors to all three doors.
Customer pleased with the end result.

We recently manufactured, supplied and installed a fully automatic, insulated , high speed roller shutter, inductive ground loop opening outside, photocell/push button opening from inside, it was installed with 2 additional safety photo cells and an optical safety edge to the bottom of the door, the support frame was manufactured using heavy duty rolled steel Chanel.
