This before and after from a recent warehouse floor project shows exactly why floor prep is so critical.

On the left: the old resin coating. Cracked, flaking, and no longer fit for purpose.
On the right: properly ground surface, stripped back and ready for coating.

This is the work of the Vi Tools Turbo Diamond Grinding Disc. Designed for general-purpose grinding, these durable cup wheels efficiently remove uneven concrete, adhesives, and coatings.

The turbo pattern delivers a finer, more consistent finish compared to standard segmented discs, helping improve coating adhesion and reducing the risk of failure.

Available in 5″ and 7″ and compatible with most handheld grinders.

Sometimes it’s the simplest tools that make the biggest difference.

Vi Tools wooden handle paint brushes are built for the realities of resin work. Natural bristles give you a smooth, controlled application, while the untreated wooden handle helps minimise contamination when working with epoxy, polyurethane, and other coatings.

Perfect for cutting in along edges, cleaning up excess resin, or those smaller detail areas where rollers just won’t cut it.

Use them throughout the install process. From application through to finishing touches.

Available in sizes from 1” to 4”.

A solid, no-fuss brush you can rely on and easily dispose of when the job’s done.
