We are pleased to be involved in the construction of 4No commercial units in Wokingham now nearing completion.
Project consists of 4No individual commercial units within which we have installed:-
Mains infrastructure and distribution
Sub metering of lighting, power and heating
BMS Control panels to monitor specific electricity and water usage, solar PV generation along with a water leak detection system and facility to control hot water and trace heating.
General lighting & Power
Electric heating
Addressable fire alarms
Disabled refuge intercom and alarms
External column & building mounted lighting
Solar PV for each unit
EV chargers for each unit.
Looking forward to completing this project in the next few weeks.
