Event season starts so we’ll definitely be doing more early starts and late finishes!

Today marks exactly 2 years since we collected our DAF and started our own business.
It was never easy, never dull, but looking back we enjoyed every moment, every challenge and we’re grateful for every opportunity we had.

Weather was absolutely delightful for last month or so, so amount of work was just unreal.
Apart from working as much as we can for Charles Wilson Plant Hire we had loads of other interesting jobs including picking up a stunning bulldozer from Stoke on Trent, moving fully loaded container with loads of tools and machines inside, working for dz-engineering.co.uk in ExCeL London to help with setting up lights for ABB Formula E !
Apart from that, after year and a half on the road we had to admit to be defeated and had to use recovery to bring Daf back to our yard.
A simply 27£ worth strainer valve at the bottom of the hand primer decided to give up and simply caused the chaos.
Luckily enough with help of J&A recovery, who got to us within 20 minutes after the phone call, Daf was towed back to Crawley.
It’s never a dull day when running trucks!

It’s been a while since last post but we’re just constantly on the road, working, trying to make make sure that all our customers are happy with our services.
Weather has been absolutely fantastic lately so it’s a bit easier to keep trucks clean 👌

Event season officially started, both trucks fully flat out.
We started on Sunday with 6am delivery to central London and since then is just madness!
Loads of crane jobs in last 2 weeks, still working for Nutbrook Property to finish Maple Timber Frame project in Wimbledon on pretty much daily basis to help out with deliveries, fitting steels and all sorts of things.
Really looking forward to weekend!

Flat out week for both of us, Daf doing CW Wandsworth duties and Scania still helping with building flats, delivering materials plus a run to Evesham to deliver a digger for another customer, plus obviously CW Plant Hire when it’s only possible.
We definitely deserve long weekend now!

Another flat out week with mixture of different jobs, Scania is contracted for building 3 apartments in Wimbledon to deliver and set up materials and Daf is carrying on working for CW Wandsworth.
