At PAB Group, we are committed to developing young talent, which is why we invest in apprenticeship programmes across our businesses.

Today, we are pleased to highlight one of our Year 2 apprentices, Connor Brooks. Connor is currently studying a Mechatronics course, working towards a Level 3 NVQ qualification.

During his apprenticeship, Connor has already gained valuable experience in Additive Manufacturing, CAD, Business Improvement Techniques, Robotics, and Electronics, demonstrating strong technical capability and a positive approach to learning.
