BMW 2011 640d came in after another garage failed to diagnose correctly, shortly after arriving we diagnosed it with a connecting rod bearing failure.

We had the block washed & measured all in spec, we bought a brand new crankshaft and bearings with 2 new connecting rods as 2 had been distorted when the bearing failure happened.

We had the cylinder head completely gone through and we added new exhaust valve guides, new valves stem seal and valve seats recut.

New head gasket and bolt with timing chains to be on the safe side. Engine is running like brand new and ready to go for MOT on Monday.

We can fix all the problems associated with the n47/n57 engines.

We had this lovely BMW m340i 2020 with B58b30c engine, the @2020 models onwards suffer with oil pump failure due to some components being made from plastic within the oil pump.

We took the time to replace all the connecting rod bearings with ACL race bearings.

Customer was very happy to have his car returned better than new🥳🥳
