Job Title: UK & Export Sales Manager
Reports to: General Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a UK & Export Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across UK and international markets for Mace Industries Ltd. This role combines account management and new business development, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will identify new opportunities, develop sales plans, and represent the business in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
β€’ Grow UK and export sales and exceed targets and KPIs
β€’ Identify and develop new business, including distributors
β€’ Generate leads via outbound calls, networking, and site visits
β€’ Manage and convert enquiries
β€’ Expand routes to market (dealers, hire customers, direct sales)

Account Management
β€’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
β€’ Manage key accounts and support smaller customers
β€’ Visit customers in the UK and overseas as required
β€’ Handle enquiries, quotations, and after-sales support

Export & Market Development
β€’ Develop export sales strategies aligned with growth plans
β€’ Manage overseas distributors, agents, and partners
β€’ Support international logistics and delivery planning

Market Intelligence & Reporting
β€’ Monitor market trends and competitor activity
β€’ Support pricing and promotions
β€’ Report monthly against KPIs and targets
β€’ Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts

Representation & Operations
β€’ Demonstrate products and machinery when required
β€’ Represent the company at trade shows and events
β€’ Work with production, logistics, and customer service
β€’ Plan customer deliveries in line with capacity

Health, Safety & Compliance
β€’ Work safely and in line with regulations

Key Skills & Experience
β€’ Proven sales experience (manufacturing or machinery preferred)
β€’ Export sales experience desirable, not essential
β€’ Strong negotiation and relationship skills
β€’ Self-motivated and organised
β€’ Willingness to travel UK and internationally
β€’ Full UK driving licence
