🔥 Inside the Build: 3 Bros Burgers 🍔

A great catering trailer isn't just about how it looks - it's about how it performs when the orders start rolling in.

For this bespoke 3 Bros Burgers build, every part of the interior has been carefully planned to create an efficient workspace ready for busy service.

From the commercial griddle and bun toaster to integrated refrigeration, extraction, dedicated prep and wash-up areas, there's a place and purpose for everything. We've even considered the details behind the scenes, with integrated electrics, water systems and storage all making the most of the available space.

The result? A professional mobile kitchen built around the menu, the team and the demands of busy events.

For this latest project, we’ve created a bespoke catering trailer for a burger business, designed from the ground up around how they need to operate.

From the large serving hatch and customer-facing menu displays to the stainless-steel preparation areas, commercial cooking equipment and carefully planned workspace inside, every detail has been designed with a busy catering operation in mind.

And, of course, the outside needed to make just as much of an impact.

The finished trailer combines a bold branded exterior with a practical, professional kitchen inside - giving the customer a mobile setup that’s ready to serve.

This Austin J5 is a great example of how a distinctive vehicle can be transformed into something completely bespoke, while retaining the character that makes it stand out in the first place.

Working with such an unusual vehicle meant creating a conversion that worked around its unique shape and proportions, combining practical functionality with a finish designed to make an impact.
