Recently, a valued customer approached us needing additional space around an existing DCU for new process equipment. After surveying the area and exploring the options, we came to one conclusion — the only way was up.
Our design team produced a range of concepts for the customer to review. Following detailed discussions, the solution you see here was selected.
A heavy-duty raised platform, designed to support over 6 metric tonnes of equipment, while fitting into a very tight space — making both fabrication and installation a challenge.

A small pipework change that made a big difference to this customer’s yard.

Our customer was struggling with a bulk storage feed pipe layout that was taking up valuable space in an already busy yard.

So we stepped in to redesign and relocate the pipework.

By reconfiguring the layout, we were able to free up usable space while keeping everything clean, tidy and uniform — making the area far more practical for day-to-day operations.

The before and after photos below show the transformation.
Same system… just designed to work better for the space.

This week, a customer came to our workshop with a broken forklift bulkhead — putting a vital piece of equipment out of action and impacting their operations.

Our fabrication team got straight to work and manufactured a brand-new bulkhead within the same day. Fabricated, finished, and ready to go — delivered back to the customer so they could get their forklift back in service without delay.

It’s jobs like these that may seem small, but they make a huge difference to our customers’ day-to-day operations. Minimising downtime is what matters most.
