Our customer contacted us after a lorry hit their gate causing major damage. The gate was bent and had stopped opening & closing.

We supplied site with a new 13m Automatic Cantilever Sliding Gate 🏗️

The old gate and fencing was removed and the new gate installed.

This project took MileX 2 days to complete, resulting in yet another happy customer 👏🏻

MileX Engineering fabricated these safety L shaped over dock buffers. They were made in house to the customers specification.

🛠️ We used 12mm mild steel to make them and powder coated them in yellow - making them more visible. These were installed on serveral bays, taking care not to connect the new over dock buffer to the dock leveler, reducing ongoing impact damage.

🛠️ These buffers are designed to be re-used when worn, they can be slid out, flipped round and slid back into the opposite side to gain more life.

🛠️ The L shaped over dock protects not only the bay area but also adds protection from impact to the door whilst enabling pallet loading to still be completed.

A customer's gate was severely damaged and they wanted a replacement.

We made one for our customer in house, powder coated in black, with a personnel gate also installed.

A Manual Sliding Gate moves horizontally along a track, installed at ground level. It's operated by hand, making it a reliable, low-maintenance, cost-effective option, especially in areas where automation isn't necessary.

The gate slides along a track, usually made of steel, embedded in the ground. It is manually pushed and pulled by the user to open and close. The track guides the gate's movement, ensuring a smooth and controlled operation.

Another gate made in house! Complete with personnel access, powder coated in white. Powder coating is used for a more robust finish resistant to the elements, while the personnel access feature allows for convenient entry and exit.

Our customer told us what they wanted and we did the rest!
