Round 2 , and with a new class to race in about a new bike , he secured a 4th place in race 3 .

Race day 2 done and dusted!

warm up-p7, tried some new gearing and very cold track so didn’t want to push hard before the races.

race 2- p7, tried another gearing which was way better, pulled a huge gap however on the last lap coming into park corner i had a false neutral which allowed the rider behind to catch up big time and make a move on me into mansfield, nearly a photo finish however just got pipped at the line.

race 3- p4, an amazing race, after a poor start having to avoid another rider nearly flipping it on the line i dropped abit of time on the run to turn one however as the race went on i managed to catch and overtake a few riders and after a few crashes and a red flag i managed to take her home in p4.

really good end to the weekend with times improving each session and having a better understanding of the bike now. full race report to follow soon❗️

. A selection of photos from various projects completed and started over the past couple of months.

Alongside this, I’ve nearly completed the replacement of all condensate pipework on eight autoclaves for a new customer totalling approximately 600 welds in 2” and 3” carbon schedule 40 pipe.

Looking ahead:

* In April/May, we’re scheduled to carry out sectional modifications on several large slurry tanks.

* We’ve recently submitted a quote for a project involving 3” stainless steel pipework and the installation of new safety valves.

* Another upcoming job involves replacing 8” and 10” PN40 flanged spools, covered under my recently approved weld procedures.

* Next week, I’ll be installing a new control valve along with 3” hygienic pipework for a regular customer.

* I’ve also begun assembling pipework for two heat exchangers in the workshop. Once completed and approved, these will be installed on-site, with the same scope to be replicated across two additional sterilisation units.

As always, I have a dependable and experienced team available to support any additional work requirements.
