From 3D Scan to Finished Product πβοΈ
This hydraulic tractor hitch started with a full 3D scan using the Einscan Libre β and ended as a precision-engineered solution for our client.
Using 3D scanning technology allowed us to quickly capture the exact geometry of the existing mounting points and surrounding components with incredible accuracy.
Instead of relying on manual measurements, we created a complete digital model that could be used directly in CAD for design, fitment checks, and engineering development.
The result ?
β
Faster development time
β
Improved accuracy and fit
β
Reduced prototyping costs
β
Fewer installation issues
β
Better product performance
For agricultural machinery, where every tractor model can have slight variations and often no OEM data is available, 3D scanning provides a huge advantage.
It allows us to engineer parts that fit correctly the first time and integrate seamlessly with existing equipment.
As an Engineering design business we use 3D scanning across a range of different industries for example:
πΉ Reverse engineering obsolete parts
πΉ Custom fabrication projects
πΉ Automotive and motorsport components
πΉ Heavy equipment modifications
πΉ Rapid product development
πΉ Quality inspection and verification
πΉ Aftermarket accessory design
Whether you need a one-off custom solution or maybe you are developing a product for manufacture, 3D scanning helps shorten development cycles and improve quality from concept to completion.
If youβve got a project where accurate measurements, complex geometry, or custom fitment are critical get in touch today.π₯
