WE ARE HIRING

We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment while making a real contribution to our organisation.

You will be responsible for maintaining continuity during the maternity leave period and working closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition at the start and end of the contract.

Key Responsibilities
* Organise the maintenance of all plant including service history, safety inspections, tax, mot, insurance, defect reporting, calibration etc
* Ensure compliance with O-licence and transport legislation
* Monitor driver hours, tachographs and working time regulations
* Ordering parts while ensuring competitive pricing
* Liaise with accounts and ensure all invoicing and costing is correct
* Provide administrative support as needed

About you
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
