Pressure and flow testing hydraulic lines to each final drive motor on a Doosan DX27 digger. Diagnosis was the first stage pump failure on a bent axial piston unit. Time for a strip down!

Steering failure on a JCB 530-70 caused by dirt inside the steering priority valve spool on the second hydraulic pump. Stripped down and removed spool. We removed the tiny gauze filter and cleaned. Once rebuild, the steering was like new 👍 Happy customer in Glossop!
