With a facing range of 0”–12” (0–305 mm), the OD012 combines a compact design with the performance required for demanding site applications.

Mactech Europe supplies the ESCO Tube Weasel MILLHOG and C-HOG Bevelling Machine for accurate and dependable tube and pipe preparation in workshops and demanding on-site environments.

⚙️ Tube Weasel MILLHOG

The Tube Weasel is a compact, internally clamping machine designed for preparing boiler tubes and pipework where working space is limited.
Its narrow, right-angle design makes it particularly useful for accessing individual tubes within boiler water-wall panels. The machine can be powered pneumatically, electrically or by battery, providing flexibility for both workshop and site-based applications.

⚙️ C-HOG Bevelling Machine

The C-HOG securely clamps to the outside diameter of the tube, removing the need for an internal mandrel.
Its large external clamp helps reduce chatter and vibration while leaving the inside of the tube clear for larger, more durable boring blades. The narrow body also makes it ideal for small-bore tubes and restricted-access areas.
