Looking forward to swapping the smell of mince pies and turkey for the smell of petrol and tyres!!

As people tuck into the leftovers, our thoughts turn to The Rixy Stages rally on Sunday.

With three cars entered and still recovering from the illuminated drive, the guys have got their work cut out!

🔹 Car #6 – Tom Clark and Alistair Wyllie
Using the event to shake down and set up the new GR Yaris ready for hire

🔹 Car #38 – Anthony & Mark
Anthony makes his first ever rally start after coming to the school to see if rallying could be for him — now he’s finding out properly hiring our MKII

🔹 Car #41 – Simon & Iarla Mc Carthy
After Simon drove the Subaru for 24 hours straight over the summer as part of our 24-hour Driveathon, he’s finishing the challenge by taking part in his first rally since the 1996 RAC.

My mileage is nothing compared to Simon and Alistair of Rally School - Langley Park who did a 24 hour non-stop drive. Amazing challenge completed so proud to be a part of this team 🙌🏻

Can our 68-year-old founder (Simon) drive for 24 hours straight?

There’s only one way to find out!

😮 On the 13th September, Simon will attempt the impossible thanks to Marshall Land Rover at Langley Park Rally School, driving through the day and night to raise money for some vital charities Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Cancer Research UK Parkinson’s UK

Our junior drivers (as young as 7) and a fleet of rally cars, including the UK Armed Forces Rally Team and race buggies will be out on track too.

🚘 You could even join in!
We are offering driving and passenger opportunities on the day in exchange for a donation.

They’ll be a bar, BBQ, entertainment and an exciting raffle.

This roller shutter has been maintained by us for 15+ years but due to the very high use it was time for a new one. This was fitted with auto closing features and 40 remote fobs for the residents.

This little roller shutter was fitted for our customer over a utility cupboard. No lost room with a door swinging open. Looks very neat.
