Kocher+Beck UK invests in talent and growth through new Apprenticeship enrolments
At Kocher+Beck UK, we believe that investing in our people is just as important as investing in our processes. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that 11 of our employees have recently enrolled in apprenticeships, further demonstrating our commitment to professional growth and operational excellence.
The new apprenticeships cover key areas including Business Administration, Improvement Technician, Improvement Practitioner, Team Leader, and Operations/Departmental Leader. These programs complement our existing apprenticeships, Customer Service Specialist, and Learning and Development Business Consultant, creating a strong pipeline of talent across multiple disciplines.
