Here's some of the jobs we've had in

🟢 Overfinch p38 for Rf receiver, full service
🟢 Td5 Defender uprated servo, alternator, water pump housing, belt and tensioner
🟢 Freelander 2 full service and check over, egr fault
🟢 Discovery 300tdi clutch kit and oil seals
🟢 Discovery tdi offroader for mot, wing mirror,
And the inherited death wobble
🟢 Defender tdi for replacement cylinder head and gasket set
🟢 V8 Defender for replacement head gaskets
🟢 Range rover p38 for head gaskets, full service
🟢 Renault traffic with a dpf, adblue fault
🟢 Discovery 3 for auxiliary belt and tensioner
🟢 Discovery 2 Front axel drive shaft oil seals
🟢 Kia sportage for Front and rear brakes, drop links, rear shocks, trailing arm bushes
🟢 Vauxhall vivaro rear disc and pads
🟢 We also had time to carry out more work on the Opm turbo powered Range Rover Classic 💪

Well that's a rap guys another busy week @ HQ
It's been a transit type of week 🤔 apparently it identifies as a land rover 🤣
We've also had in..........

⚫️ New engine supplied and fitted to a transit tipper
⚫️ Jumped timing chain on a transit
⚫️Engine removed from a l322 4.4 tdv8 for a full rebuild
⚫️Toyota Hilux full service and timing belt
⚫️ Defender 90 for blown head gasket
Door latch, propshaft, handbrake, rear trailing arm bushes
⚫️ Daihatsu Terios in for welding, windscreen, drive shaft also back wing repaired and painted
⚫️ Not forgetting we finally have the garage Land Rover Hybrid firing on all 8 cylinders so keep an eye out for us on the road 😎👌

As another year comes close to an end and we close our doors for the final time in 2025
For some well deserved time off with the families
Im just about to tuck into a piece (or 2) of home made stuffing without me best mate by my side clivey, we would demolish a plate full and then get told off!
The second Christmas with out him, but not only him, also my very dear gramp who i miss daily and i hope hes proud of me running my business in his honour and keeping the name alive 🩵
And finally our main man and workshop foreman charlie mac the first xmas with out him, Always turning up with huge grin & some warm grub for the end of the year
Life is much duller without chaps like him but the memories live on!
But we are incredibly lucky to have so many loyal customers who return to us time after time again meaning we can keep our doors open.

Evening all thought we would update the page with recent work we have had in over past week @ Opm HQ
We've had everything in from
▪️SVR in for a charging fault and a full service from our good friends from Bath recovery Ltd
▪️Range rover l322 in for inlet manifolds and a full service
▪️Series 3 109 v8 for custom fuel tank with sniper efi system
▪️Factory v8 defender for rear crossmember and MOT
▪️Range rover evoque with restricted performance and dpf fault
▪️L200 for full transmission service and check over
▪️Nissan patrol y60 for welding new compensator valve also look at its cold start issue
▪️Couple of range rover sports in for mot & repairs
▪️Discovery 2 with Rf receiver fault
▪️Range rover l322 in to Diagnose engine failure
And to add to the list 2 transit with snapped wet belts We've also taken delivery for next week a very well built overland 110 for a full buzzweld treatment!

So the boys are definitely back in the swing of things and keeping your land rover and 4x4s on the road!

Evening all
As many of you know, we’ve not had easy this past year or so with loosing clivey who was a huge part of team jk then the loss of my gramp Al, Its been a battle to stay positive. So we have made a big decision to start a fresh and rebrand ourselfs.
We have decided to rename our business in honour of my dear gramp who was a great business man in the car trade, he is the reason i have always had such a passion in this industry!
We have decided to re name our business so my gramps legacy lives on. There will be some big changes to the business. So please bear with us at this hectic time!
We will also be more
Active on our page with projects we have on and ones we have completed so you can see what were up to!
More BIG NEWS… we are going to start up our very own YouTube channel so watch this space!

Hi guys we are currently looking for a mechanic, Fabricator & welder to join our ever growing team here @ Jk 4x4 services
A local independent land rover specialist has unfortunately closed down which means weve had an influx of new customers and lots more work which is great, but we need another pair of hands to help with the workload!

We are looking for a Mechanic - see below ⬇️

✅ Must be able to work on all types of vehicles especially Land rovers & 4x4s.
🟩Must be competent with diagnostic equipment
🟩Must be able to Diagnose faults with vehicles.
🟩Must be able to work in a busy environment at a good pace.
🟩️Must have your own tool kit and tool box.
🟩️ Must hold a FULL UK driving license and have a car as we are in the country side.
Also able to test drive customers vehicles
🟩️Must be able to confidently speak to customers in a good manner and help with an quiries.
🟩️Must have some knowledge of computers and ordering systems as you will be expected to order parts.
🟩 Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own using your own initiative.

Second position.
Fabricator and welder- see below ⬇️

🟩 You must have 5 years of experience behind you
🟩Must be competent
🟩Must be able to carry out repair to all ages of vehicles
🟩 fabricate chassis, chassis sections
🟩Must be a to Build roll cages & offroad parts
🟩Must be confident using all our own workshop Equipment.
🟩Must hold a driving licence
🟩Must be able to to work as part of a team or remotely.

Rates of pay depending on experience and qualifications. This can be discussed further with the right candidate
We also offer bonuses to staff that go the extra mile

Finally… and most importantly you must have a cracking sense of humour to match all the rest of the boys in the workshop 😂

And today Doug and charlie mac came out to the jk workshop for a cuppa ☕️ and a catch up they definitely broke the mould with these to and by right they have both earned the title LEGENDS
And for me personal I will be forever greatful for what they have both done for me over the years 👊

When you have the master of raptor as one of your team members there ain't nothing Mark doesn't know about under body and chassis protection and what product to use on land rovers and 4wds
We have always highly recommend Buzzweld and Raptor for great protection
This time we've had customer come to us for a replacement chassis for his defender which he'd supplied
He also specified he wanted it galvanised
Soon as it was delivered back to us Mark cracked on got it primerd and then raptored
And the picture don't do it justice looks👌
