Another major overhaul job today, this time for this Maja BXA+434 auto derinder.

Parts badly worn and machine producing poor yield results.

Full strip down, overhaul and rebuild all onsite. Machine running like new and yield results sky high meaning the customer is making extra £££ per use and a service plan put in place to keep it that way going forward.

Mixer/Grinders running noisy, no need for thinking of buying new machines or complete gearboxes. Give us a call at AJ Priestley Engineering we strip down and repair all gearboxes for all manufacturers of machines. 🔨🔧🛠️

How this one we recently had in the workshop was still going, who knows, but new bearings, seals and oil and running like new again. ⚙️

We only stock and use genuine manufacturers unique parts for all machines and only use high quality generic parts you can get locally.

All aspects of engineering undertaken, both electrical and mechanical repairs, planned service aswell as spare parts and machine sales for all butchery machinery.

Full strip down and service, product leaking due to damaged flanges. 🔨🔧⚒️

Both gearboxes removed, cleaned with new oil and seals. All damaged parts replaced with new drive belts and fully rebuilt.

All in a mornings work. Done onsite and planned in around the customers production requirements.

We carry and use genuine Kolbe parts.

A busy bank holiday weekend, starting off with a very early call out Saturday morning to repair and service this Maja deridner. Machine wouldn’t start and production had stopped, first time fix carried out on the electric issue and fully serviced whilst onsite.

Followed by early morning call outs Sunday and Monday to get all our customers back up and running.

As well as one of the UK’s most experienced when it comes to Maja machinery maintenance we also service and repair all butchery machinery.

Not forgetting we service and repair bakery and catering equipment also.
