A few parts recently designed and manufactured for the Scars Racing team.

First is a 6061 alloy thumb brake, altered from the original height to suit the riders preference. Turned out very well finished in matte black.

Next was a small repro of a telemetry bracket for the front forks. Using original design but remade using HP's Multi Jet Fusion printing. Capable of withstanding localised temperatures of 175 degrees before the integrity of the part would be affected. Which given its close proximity to one of the front calipers... was a necessary step to take given the previous premature part failures.

What started out as a practical 40th Birthday present for a good friend....turned into a full on project. Finalising in this iteration.

Using a combination of 3d printed base and head, with a genuine twill carbon fibre tube spine. This shock stand can withstand up to 20kg comfortably at varying lengths/heights with the same base.

Useful for general storage, shows or on raceday. This stand is is completely collapsible for easy storage in your toolbox when not in use. It comes with both 10mm and 12mm diameter heads, but i can also provide 8mm for Mountainbike shocks if needs be. I can also provide additional height/length carbon tubes to suit your application.

Priced at £49.95 inc postage to the UK. In saying that i have shipped one to Poland already so nowhere is out of reach.
