🚛 CLASS 2 HGV DRIVER WANTED – SOUTH CERNEY 🚛

MONDAY TO FRIDAY – NO WEEKEND WORK

We’re looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join the Bison Plant Hire team at our South Cerney depot.

If you’re fed up with weekend shifts and want a Monday–Friday driving job with your weekends free, this could be a great opportunity.

💷 £16.25 per hour
📅 Monday to Friday
🙌 NO weekends
🏠 Local/regional work – home every day

The job

You’ll be delivering and collecting excavators, dumpers, rollers and other plant machinery from customer sites across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding area using our plant transport vehicles.

Previous plant transport experience would be ideal, but if you’re an experienced Class 2 driver with the right attitude, we’re happy to provide additional plant and load-security training.

You’ll need:

✅ Category C / Class 2 licence
✅ Driver CPC
✅ Digital Tachograph card
✅ No more than 6 licence points
✅ Reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude

Unauthorised Entry
At approximately 2:30am last night, two people entered our yard without permission.
Thankfully, nothing appears to have been stolen, but several machines were opened and items/parts had been moved around. We have CCTV footage of the individuals involved.
We are asking local residents and businesses to please stay vigilant, especially if you have yards, workshops, plant, vehicles, or equipment stored outside.
If anyone saw anything suspicious in the area at around 2:30am, or has CCTV/dashcam footage that may be relevant, please contact us directly.
This has been reported and we would rather deal with it properly than speculate online.
You left behind your sunglasses. I'll keep them safe for you.
