📣We’re excited to announce 2 openings for our much coveted programme for Control Systems Engineers. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 You’ll earn while you learn over this 48-month programme that combines fully supported in-house, on-the-job training at our Hampshire office with the Excellence in Engineering, Manufacturing and Advanced Skills Training (CEMAST) apprenticeship programme at South Hampshire College Group in Fareham. 🏫

As this is a full-time work-learning programme that requires you to be on-site at our office and the college, you must be locally based. Candidates require five GCSEs (including maths, English and science) (grade 5-9) and a BTEC in an Engineering-related subject with a Pass grade.

📅 Apply by 9 May 2025. We will be holding a selection day on 22 May for selected potential candidates, with the apprenticeships commencing on 1 Sept.

Our expert-developed Graduate Programmes are helping people reach their full potential through structured training, with dedicated mentors and real-life project experience with our customers. Our partners are also vital and dedicated collaborators in this training. Last week, hosted a remarkable day of learning for a group of our graduate participants.

A huge thank you to Siemens for hosting our second-year Engineering Advancement Programme (EAP) participants in . The Siemens' team provided the grads with overviews of PCS7/Neo and tech and products from their Digital Experience Centre (DEC). Proving that our team will walk through fire to accomplish something important, Ally Calver and Jack Ventham did just that recently to raise much-need funds for Rowans Hospice. Well, technically, they walked over hot coals — in a fully assessed, controlled environment, with all the needed supervision and safety protocols in place, of course — but you get the idea. Together, they have raised £555 to date. Well done!

🍂 As the air chills and the sun gets lower on the horizon, our Actemium Automation Hampshire team found a unique “seasonal” way to help out Rowans Hospice, a charitable organisation the team supports. A large contingent of volunteers split themselves into two groups and offered much-needed gardening support over two days around the hospice grounds. 🌱 And keeping patients' and staff members' spirits high was our own Ruth North, who entertained with song! 🎶
