Cost effective solution to fixing worn out and broken equipment……

We have you covered at SRL, this bucket came in to us with a torn cutting edge caused by a failed previous repair, due to the fact this bucket is a spare and only needed as a backup our client opted for a repair.

As seen in the photos we had to remove a substantial amount of old poor weld, straighten out the cutting edge and then re-weld to ensure this fail doesn’t happen again.

Successful 4-Day Turnaround: Shredder Hopper Feeder & Canopy Replacement 🚧

Proud to share a recent project delivered by our team — the removal, re-manufacture, and installation of a brand-new shredder hopper feeder and canopy, all completed within an intensive 4-day window.

The scope included:
🔧 Safe removal of the existing hopper feeder and canopy
🏗️ Full re-manufacture in our workshop to upgraded specifications
🚚 Transport and site coordination
🔩 Installation, alignment, and commissioning of the new system

Thanks to excellent planning, teamwork, and collaboration between our workshop and site crews, the operation was completed smoothly, safely, and ahead of schedule.
