An excellent result achieved with the SpineCor brace.
This 15- year-old female was treated with the SpineCor brace for her low back pain.  The back pain resolved and her Cobb angle decreased from 20 degrees at the start of treatment to 5 degrees at the end of the treatment, 18 months later.  A shoe lift under the left foot was used in conjunction with the brace to help level her sacrum.

When compared to rigid treatment options
(TLSO & Providence orthoses), SpineCor treatment produces better results in children with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis with curves between 25° and 40° Cobb angle.

The statistics show a greater chance of preventing surgery and a much higher ability to produce stable correction of curves.

In adulthood, numerous studies have demonstrated a strong correlation between pain and coronal imbalance, a significant issue for patients with thoracolumbar curves in particular. The evaluations looked at this patient group
due to their potential to progress, increase coronal imbalance and develop pain in adulthood. The results demonstrate SpineCor brace treatment to significantly improve coronal imbalance in this patient population. We may conclude that the SpineCor brace is an effective treatment for addressing coronal imbalance in more mature younger patients, improving postural aesthetics as well as potentially reducing their progression risk and pain in later life.
