We’re delighted to share another successful fitting of our stock Becker Method TA Triple Action AFOs.

Our patient, Nigel Brasier who is living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), is a dedicated volunteer with the MND Association and a passionate snooker player. Maintaining mobility and independence is essential for Nigel to continue supporting the MND community and pursuing the hobby he loves.

Following a detailed assessment, Nigel was fitted with a new pair of Method TA Triple Action AFOs, carefully tuned to optimise his biomechanics and provide the support needed for efficient, confident movement. The outcome has been truly life-changing, helping him remain active, mobile, and engaged in both his volunteering and sporting activities.

We are especially excited to wish Nigel all the very best as he travels to China next week to compete in his upcoming snooker competition. We are proud that he will be competing while wearing our Method TA AFOs.

Stories like Nigel’s highlight the impact that well-designed and properly tuned orthotic interventions can have on quality of life, participation, and performance.

At TalarMade, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

We recently brought our HQ, Warehouse & Production teams together for an afternoon to share company updates, celebrate our progress, gather valuable feedback, and enjoy each other’s company. With great food and outdoor mini games, it was a fun opportunity for us to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the values that make our team so special. We plan to hold seperate events for our remote and clinical teams over the coming weeks.
