GEORGE vs. CMT
They told him his nerves would fail. They told him his muscles would weaken. They told him CMT (Charcot-Marie-Tooth) would define the boundaries of his life.
George decided they were wrong.
What youāre seeing in these clips isnāt just āexercise.ā You are watching George reclaim his body from a neurological condition that tries to take it away every single day. You are watching clips of sweat, grit, and the kind of mental toughness most people will never have to tap into.
SESSION #50
Today marks a massive milestone, but the number isnāt the storyāthe transformation is.
George has officially joined a public gym! šļøāāļø
For someone with CMT, a gym floor can be an intimidating placeāfull of balance challenges and equipment that wasnāt built for them. But George isnāt looking for āaccessibleāāheās looking for unstoppable. Heās taking the strength, the stability, and the fire weāve built together and heās bringing it into the world.
ā”ļø THE REAL-WORLD TRIUMPH
The true magic of these 50 sessions? Itās happening outside the gym walls. Georgeās mum shared that he was back in his wheelchair the other day, and the difference was night and day.
Because of the relentless upper-body work and core conditioning heās done here, George isnāt just āgetting byāāheās dominating. His increased strength means he can go further, move longer, and navigate his world with a level of power he didnāt have before. This is what we train for: not just to move weights, but to move through life without limits.
George doesnāt show UP because itās easy. He shows UP because he refuses to let a diagnosis dictate his destination.āØ
George, I want to say publicly how incredibly proud I am of you. Iāll be honestāit hasnāt always been smiles. There have been plenty of days where the fatigue hits hard and the CMT flares up. But thatās where the magic happens. We donāt quit; we pivot. We find a new way to attack, and he gets it done. That is true strength. Not just moving weights, but moving forward when every fibre of your being wants to stop.
Youāre a warrior, George. Thank you for choosing UP Strength. šļøāāļøš„
