“May I comment that the lads you had on site were a credit to your company, nothing was too much hassle for them, from dismantling extraction ducting that I didn’t know I had bought, to assisting the truck driver with sheeting the load to keep the electrics as dry as possible on the saw and extraction system, so I’d be grateful if you could pass on my gratitude,
