Director of Endoscopy at East Kent University Hospitals. Lead Colonoscopist for the Southeast UK Bowel Cancer Screening Programme. Trained in colorectal ESD at the National Cancer Centre in Tokyo. Performing ESD weekly for the past six years.

His prospective registry data, published in Gut, covers 309 S-ESD cases with a local recurrence rate of 0.03%.
