Full Refurbishment and conversion from a twin stack to single stack condensation system.
This machine was in a awful condition, it had been severely neglected and had a rodent infestation inside of it, but with a bit of hard work and the proper knowledge we were able to bring it back to life.

Like brand new....This machine has just been through our standard refurb, new insulation, new wiring, thermocouple, pilot assembly, cooling fan. This machine has been tested to Gas Safe standards and we can issue Gas Safe certificates with all our refurbs.

We’ve been majorly busy recently with refurbing machines and this is just one of our latest.
Standard full refurb apart from the lid liner being cracked and steam leaking from it and as you can see from the photo of the lid, there was a major collection of grime and grease that was caused from the crack in the lid liner.
We check all machines down to the smallest detail to ensure that your machine will be working 100% correctly and safely.

1st refurb of 2019.
This was a cracked tank and in need of a full refurb. The speaker on the computer had malfunctioned and was in need of changing.
As per usual with all of our refurbs this machine was tested to Gas Safe standards and we are able to issue a Gas Safe certificate to our customer.

Another successful refurbishment.
We upgraded the controller from a manual timer to a brand new Fastron computer as well as various other repairs on this machine. This machine had its hi-limit thermostat bypassed which is not only dangerous it is also illegal according to British Standard law.
Please remember to always have any gas work carried out by a Gas Safe registered company or engineer as this is not only a legal requirement but you also know the work has been carried out by a correctly trained engineer.

Another Refurb complete.
This was a computer upgrade as well as a refurb. We updated it from a Computron 7000 to a brand new Fastron Meridian. We also had to change the gas valve operator, gas safety valve, temperature probe and solenoid coil as part of this upgrade.

Another refurbishment done.
This machine suffered from a cracked tank which meant a full refurb, this meant stripping the machine completely, cleaning, re-insulating, rewiring and testing.
During the testing process we found the gas safety valve had a gas leak which meant replacing it. Although not a original HennyPenny gas safety valve fitted, it is one from a reputable company and in line with all BS guidelines that are required of gas parts and of course fitted to all GAS SAFE standards.

We refurbished this machine for a customer that was complaining that the machine was getting very hot and various other faults. During the refurbishment process we were able to see that the machine had been previously refurbished to a very poor standard! All the gas piping on the machine was bent and the burner sat so the fire combusted directly under the computer! This machine also had various Chinese parts that were not good quality so we replaced all of them. It is now in a safe and good working condition.
