Dangerous boiler!

This shows the importance of regularly getting you boiler checked. This boiler was spilling and pushing out carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide back into its room!

The spilling was creating sooting deposits on the walls surrounding.

Their carbon monoxide alarm was also positioned wrongly and didn't detect the spilling of the appliance.
