Shutdown Works Delivered – From Removal to Reinstallation

When time is critical, planning and ex*****on have to be spot on.

These units were removed on a Friday as part of a planned shutdown, with just a one-week window to complete full removal, repair, and reinstallation.

From initial strip-down through to overhaul, our team at GEM worked to a tight turnaround, ensuring everything was completed, tested, and ready for dispatch without delay.

As shown, the units have now left the workshop and successfully met our site engineers for reinstallation and commissioning, getting the customer back up and running within schedule.

All delivered under pressure, without compromising on quality.

Another job completed, and another satisfied customer back in operation.
