Said goodbye to Charlotte Joan this afternoon after a top to bottom UHP blast and repaint, top half of the wheelhouse is next years job as the windows need removing to do a proper job so this just got a quick coat to look fresh for the season.

Very challenging conditions on this one, with a consistent NE wind and dewy mornings, we managed to muddle on and the result speaks for itself.
There was around 80 layers of paint removed at a weight of approximatly 2 ton.

Had the Vulcan in for a quick Pitstop last week.
Blasted both hulls and repainted with epoxy primer tie coat and seaforce 90 antifoul. New anodes fitted and trim tabs fitted aswell
