Class 2 Driver – Chase Plant Hire (Burntwood Depot)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required)
Location: Burntwood
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role
Chase Plant Hire are looking for a dependable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to join our team at our Burntwood depot. This is a key role within the business, supporting the delivery and collection of plant machinery to customers across the region.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and is committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and collecting plant machinery to and from customer sites
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring safe loading/unloading
- Providing excellent customer service on every delivery
- Maintaining a clean, professional vehicle at all times
- Supporting the depot team when required
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Previous driving experience preferred
- Experience working with or transporting plant machinery is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Reliability and flexibility — occasional variations in hours may be required
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
